We ship via USPS First Class Mail.  You will receive an email with the tracking number when the package has been shipped (international customers may not receive tracking email).

Please allow up to 21 days for items to arrive.  Most items arrive within 7 days however. 

Also, please remember that the owners and employees of this company are dealing with Lupus and it's unpredictable effects.  If your order takes a bit longer than expected, please try to understand.  As always feel free to email us or call us at 402-221-9945with any concerns or questions.
